Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AI Business Launcher (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@aibusinesslauncher.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit quotas, or plan restrictions.
• Generate content that violates the law or third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy).

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never sell your content or use it to train third-party AI models.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them commercially. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, and different users may receive similar outputs for similar inputs.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

6. Third-party integrations

Connecting external platforms (CRMs, email providers, payment gateways) is at your discretion. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legal compliance of third-party services.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when feasible.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — we'll give notice and a chance to export your data except in cases of severe abuse.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
